What counts as a routing request?
Each time you call the EnforcedFlow API to get the next agent assignment, that counts as one routing request. Updates to agents or groups do not count.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
For paid plans, the limit is a soft limit. If you suddenly go over, routing will continue to operate until the end of the month.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan gives you up to 50 routing requests per month at no cost. This lets you test all features before committing to a paid plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe.
